Orders
You can track the products you have purchased on the product detail page. You can also access the products you have purchased from the "My Order History" page in the "My Account" section.
- After being given to the courier, you can find out the status of your order by entering the "Order Details" in the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section.
If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can easily cancel your products before the shipping preparations start as follows.
By following the steps 'My Orders' > 'Details/Order Detail' > 'Return Product'.
If your products are being prepared for shipment (your invoice has been issued) or have already been shipped, they cannot be canceled. In this case, you can return the product when you receive it.
TIP:
Refund transactions are completed within 2 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund is completed and refunded to your bank.
You can make changes to the products in your cart before completing your order.
To change the product in your cart, you can remove the product by clicking on the cross on the right side of the product by saying 'Delete' or you can add the product to your favorites by saying 'Delete and Add to Favorites'.
This way, you can easily access the product from the 'My Favorites' area when you want to buy the product later.
If you want to buy more than one product, you can select the desired quantity from the quantity field.
If you want to change your payment information, you can enter your payment card information and use the payment option you want.
You cannot place an order without being a member, you need to register on our site so that you can easily track your products and orders.
